What we hold, and what we don’t
We’d rather tell you what we don’t know than fill the gap with a confident sentence. Where this policy is not finished, it says so instead of rounding up.
What this policy covers
Jeevrit is a lifestyle and habit-tracking service. This policy describes how Jeevrit processes information when you join the waitlist, create an account, use the mobile app, request support, use optional AI features, or contact us.
Jeevrit is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
If you only joined the waitlist
The waitlist form on this site collects your email address, and a first name if you choose to give one — the name field is optional and the form says so. Nothing else is collected: no phone number, no city, no tracking profile.
We use it for one thing: to tell you when Jeevrit opens up. Your consent is recorded with the exact wording that was on screen when you gave it, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing support@jeevrit.com, which also deletes the record.
Everything below this section applies once you have an account. If you have only joined the waitlist, this section is the whole of it.
Information we process
Depending on the features you use, we process:
- Account and identity information — your name, email address, account status, authentication events, and app preferences.
- What you add yourself — your profile, goals, onboarding answers, lifestyle logs, meals, activity, sleep, energy, and plan-completion records.
- Private content you choose to submit — meal images, voice input and its transcription, chat messages, and support requests.
- Service data we generate — lifestyle plans, reports, safety messages, AI outputs, source references, consent records, export and deletion requests, and security or audit events.
- Limited technical information needed to run and secure the service, such as device and app context and request-security metadata.
Please do not submit information you would not want processed by Jeevrit or its contracted service providers.
Why we process it
To authenticate you; to provide logging, reports, reminders, and personalised lifestyle guidance; to answer support requests; to keep the service safe and reliable; to prevent fraud or abuse; to meet legal obligations; and to improve the service where the law and your choices permit.
Health-related and lifestyle information is processed only after you grant the health-data consent, and you can withdraw it in the app. Withdrawal stops new consent-gated personalised health processing; it does not by itself erase information already retained under this policy or under law. Marketing messages require a separate choice.
AI, photos, and voice
If you use the optional AI features, your prompt, the relevant app context, and anything you deliberately submit may be sent to a contracted AI provider to produce the response you asked for. The meal-photo and voice features may send the selected image or audio for processing. Raw voice audio is deleted after a successful transcription; the transcript may remain with your logged entry.
AI output is for lifestyle education and support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency guidance, and it must not be relied on for an urgent medical need.
Still to be settledWe do not yet promise a fixed retention period for uploaded images, AI-provider logs, or backups. Those periods and the provider terms behind them have not been approved, and we would rather say so than publish a number we might not keep.
Storage, access, and security
Jeevrit uses account-scoped access controls, private storage, signed links for private files, consent records, and audit and security controls designed to keep access to authorised purposes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a unique password and protect your device.
Retention
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above, for our legal obligations, for dispute resolution, for security, and for legitimate records.
Still to be settledExact retention periods for account data, support records, AI content, images, audit logs, exports, backups, and deletion requests are pending legal and operational approval, and must be added before this policy is published.
Your choices and rights
In Settings you can request a machine-readable export of your data and request deletion of your account. Export links expire. A deletion request removes, or schedules the removal of, the account, profile, lifestyle records, and your stored files according to the active deletion workflow; limited de-identified request, security, or compliance records may remain where they must. Backups and third-party systems keep data for their approved lifecycle and are not restored to active service except during a controlled recovery.
The law may give you further rights to access, correct, withdraw consent, delete, nominate someone to act for you, or complain about how your information is used. To withdraw a waitlist request or ask for its deletion, email support@jeevrit.com.
Still to be settledThe grievance officer's name and contact details, and the rights-response process, will be added here before publication.
Children
Jeevrit is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Please do not use Jeevrit if you are under 18.
Still to be settledThe age-assurance and parental-consent position must be legally approved before launch.
Changes and contact
We will publish the current version and its effective date when this policy is approved, and material changes will be communicated as the law requires. Until then you can reach us at support@jeevrit.com.
