The agreement between us
Please read the health section. It is the part that matters most, and it is the reason this page is short enough to actually read.
Who you are agreeing with
Jeevrit is provided by Harsh Srivastava, a sole proprietor trading as Jeevrit, based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Contact: support@jeevrit.com. Privacy and grievances: privacy@jeevrit.com.
What Jeevrit is — and what it is not
Jeevrit is a general wellness and lifestyle app. It helps you record what you eat, drink and do, and gives you a small number of ordinary daily actions, summaries of your own patterns, and general educational information.
Jeevrit is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not a doctor, a diagnosis, a prescription service, an emergency service, or a substitute for professional care.
- It will not tell you what is wrong with you, or what is causing a symptom.
- It will not tell you to start, stop or change any medicine or dose.
- It will not give you a treatment plan for any condition.
- It will not prescribe supplement dosing, extracts, or medicinal formulations.
- It will not handle an emergency. If something may be urgent, it will tell you to seek care and stop there.
If you record conditions, medicines or allergies, we use them only to avoid suggesting things that may not suit you. That is a safety filter, not medical care, and it cannot catch everything.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and never delay seeking it because of something you read in Jeevrit. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services immediately.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or over. Jeevrit is not for children, and we do not knowingly provide it to anyone under 18.
You need an account. Please give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at support@jeevrit.com if you think someone else has got into your account.
Guidance follows what you tell us. If the information you enter is wrong, incomplete or out of date, what Jeevrit suggests may be unsuitable. Keeping it current is your part of this.
Your content
What you put in is yours. You keep ownership of your logs, photos, voice notes and messages.
You give us the permission we need to store and process that content in order to run the features you actually use — no wider than that, and always subject to the Privacy Policy and the consents you have given. You can export your data or delete your account from Settings at any time.
Please only upload content you have the right to upload, and nothing unlawful.
Using it properly
Please do not: break the law with it; try to break into it, overload it, or get around its security or rate limits; scrape or bulk-extract from it; resell it; use it on someone else's behalf as though it were clinical advice; or deliberately try to make the assistant produce unsafe content.
We may suspend or close an account being used abusively, fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a way that puts someone at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
Availability and changes
Jeevrit is a young product and is still changing. Features may be added, altered or withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted service, though we do use reasonable security, backup and incident practices.
If we change these terms in a way that affects you materially, we will publish the new version and, where a consent is affected, ask you to agree again.
Jeevrit is currently free. If we introduce paid features we will publish the price and terms before you are ever asked to pay.
Our responsibility, and its limits
We take building this carefully seriously. But you should know what we are and are not promising: Jeevrit is provided on a reasonable-effort basis, and we do not promise it will be error-free, always available, or right for your particular circumstances.
Nothing in Jeevrit is medical advice, and we are not responsible for a decision to act on general wellness information instead of consulting a professional. We are not responsible for a third-party service failing, or for what you do with your own data once you have exported it.
Nothing here limits any liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Those rights stand whatever this document says.
Ending it
You can stop using Jeevrit and delete your account at any time from Settings.
We may close your account if you break these terms materially, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.
The sections on your content, our liability limits, and governing law survive the end of this agreement.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, and nothing in this clause takes away a right you have to bring a consumer complaint where the law lets you bring it.
Please write to us first. Most problems are quicker to fix directly: support@jeevrit.com, or privacy@jeevrit.com for anything about your data. We aim to resolve grievances within 90 days and normally much sooner.
